PhD candidate in Communication Sciences working on “trust in science” at Allameh Tabatabai University in Tehran, Iran. Her Master's thesis was on “the challenges of science journalism in Iran.” She was the Secretary of the Education Committee of the UNESCO Chair on Science and Technology Communications. She is an amateur astronomer as well, and in the last ten years she has had various experiences in science communication, including an astronomy educator in science centers, a science journalist, a science PR and a science communication researcher. She was a Falling walls winner in science engagement in 2021.
